Jalandhar, January 13, 2025: Lohri was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm across all CT Group campuses, including the Shahpur and Maqsudan campuses, CT World School, CT Sunshine Kindergarten, and CT Public School. The celebrations reflected the true essence of Punjab’s rich cultural heritage and brought students, faculty, and staff together to embrace the joyous spirit of the festival.
The festivities began with the traditional Lohri rituals, including the lighting of the sacred bonfire and offering of rewri, gachak, and peanuts. The vibrant cultural performances, such as energetic Bhangra and graceful Gidha, became the highlight of the celebrations, captivating everyone with their rhythm and liveliness. Additionally, students and staff participated in various fun-filled activities, creating an atmosphere of happiness and camaraderie.
