VOTERS CAN CONTACT HIM DIRECTLY AS WELL: DISTRICT ELECTION OFFICER Ludhiana, April 30, 2019: The General Observer and Police Observer for upcoming Lok Sabha 2019 elections for Ludhiana Parliamentary Constituency have reached the city. The general observer, Mr Vikas S. Bhale, as well as Police Observer Mr Santokh Chalke, have been appointed by the Election Commission of India and they would keep a close watch on the election related activities of all candidates. District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Mr Pradeep Kumar Agrawal informed that both the Observers would keep a close watch on the activities of the candidates of Ludhiana Parliamentary Constituency. He said that voters can also contact General Observer Mr Vikas S. Bhale directly at his phone number 6239441544 and Police Observer Mr Santokh Chalke at phone number 6239667334 for complaints or any other information. He informed that both the Observers are stationed at Sutton House, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana and voters can meet them personally between 11 am to 12 noon. It is pertinent to mention that Expenditure Observers Mr SB Singh IRS and Mr Sunil Kumar Gautam have already reached the city.
