Ludhiana lad ‘Kunal’ brings pride to the city

Ludhiana, August 14, 2018: City lad Kunal (age 12) and a student of 7th standard in Green Land Public School, Civil City recently won as ‘Third Runner Up’ in Grand Finale Round of ‘Kisme Kitna Hai Dum’ (KKHD) held in Chandigarh. The show ‘Kisme Kitna Hai Dum’ is a reality show, which gives a platform to those children and youngsters, who want to make career in the field of performing arts like singing, choreography, acting and others. The platform gives exposure to children and youngsters to fulfill their long term dreams and goals. His parents are proud of their son’s achievement. Kunal’s father Brahm Dutt, who works in DMC Hospital of the city, says that his son Kunal always had liking for singing Bollywood songs from his childhood days. He participated in various song competitions held in the school and outside. His mother ‘Kiran’ who is a teacher in a private schools aid that as a mother, she always take care that Kunal should not lag behind in his studies. As a mother, I try my level best that my son Kunal maintains a proper balance between the two Principal of school congratulated Kunal on his recent achievement and remarked that with proper guidance and direction, he will rise to greater heights in his chosen field of interest. Kunals’ younger sister ‘Himanshi’ knows about his brother’s passion for singing and feels happy about it. While talking to Kunal, he says, ‘Singing is a passion for me and it is hardwork, practice and absolute dedication, which keeps me going. I always need to keep my eyes and ears always open to learn new things and build my own style of singing, for which I feel confident.
