Ludhiana, January 30, 2025: The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), in collaboration with AIMA, successfully organized a seminar on “Economic Challenges in Achieving Viksit Bharat" at Amber Hall, Radisson Blu Hotel, Ludhiana.  


The keynote address was delivered by Montek Singh Ahluwalia, a distinguished economist and policymaker. With an illustrious career that includes serving as the Former Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission of India (2004–2014), he serves as a Distinguished Visiting Professor at NYU’s Stern School of Management.  


The seminar provided deep insights into the economic reforms and policy measures required to achieve India’s vision of a Viksit Bharat. Discussions focused on challenges, opportunities, and strategic initiatives essential for sustainable development and economic growth.  

At the conclusion of the event, LMA President Dr. Harpreet Kang expressed her gratitude to Ahluwalia for his invaluable insights and thanked the attendees for their enthusiastic participation.
