Ludhiana News- Dates announced for District Softball Championships

Ludhiana, September 23, 2013: Pran Nath Passi, Hony. Secretary, Punjab Softball Association, has said 14th Sub Junior (Boys/Girls) District Softball Championship is going to held from September 28-30.  
Players under 15 years on 31st December of the year (not born on or before 1st January, 1999) are eligible to participate in 14th Sub Junior (Boys/Girls) District Softball Championship, he said, adding 21st Senior District Softball Chamionship (Men/Women) will be held from October 1-3. Both the championships will be held at Guru Nanak Stadium, Ludhiana.
The participants should be bonafied resident of the district representing. All matches will be of three innings and will be played as per latest rules of the federation.
Each team is to submit Roster Form (in duplicate), age proof certificate along with two photographs (2.5 x 2.5 cm) one day before the start of the championship. Failing will not be allowed to participate, he said.
