Ludhiana, June 14, 2018: Once again the culinary experts at Rare Eastern Dining (RED) located in Hotel Radisson Blu, MBD Ludhiana are ready to tickle your taste buds with a spread of authentic Oriental cuisines from Hong Kong, Taiwan , Macau and Mainland China. What's even better is the fact that
you will get to feast on this lavish spread all under one roof. The festival will commence from June 15 th and will conclude on June 24 th. The special cooking classes was also organized for city. Director of ISOE, Roopa Pahwa, Veen, Ruhin Arora and others attended the cooking class and learnt the recipes of global cuisines.
Master Chef Chandan Gutgayal and Executive Amit Thapliyal said among the dishes that are an absolute delight are the Dragon Sesame Lobster, Butter Chilli Garlic Prawn, Dragon and Phoenix , Chicken Dragon Roll, Dry Tofu in Hong Kong style, Crispy Chilli Baby Corn and Vegetable Dragon Roll and the House Specialv Chopsuey. There are plenty of options for the non vegetarians and the vegetarians. Oriental flavours dominate the mood of your meal as you are transported to the place from where the cuisine of your choice hasoriginated. The four course meal gives you an extensive option in soups, starters, maincourse and dessert.
