Ludhiana, February 1, 2024: Ar Sanjay Goel, Technical Expert, LSCL, Ludhiana has hoped that Ludhiana - Punjab will get few benefits out of today’s interim budget presented by FM Nirmala Sitharaman.
In statement here today, he added that Ludhiana must get a new government hospital (AIIMS or Civil) as all districts will get a hospital and existing Civil Hospital in Ludhiana is not sufficient to take ever increasing load of population.
Further, he said Ludhiana - Punjab must promote tourism as centre government is going to provide interest free loan. Tourism is badly required in Ludhiana - Punjab to boost economy also.
He hoped that Ludhiana will get new housing plan for middle class as well as few thousand houses under PM Aavas Yojna too.
He further hoped that in Ludhiana new airport will be operational as well as covered in UDAN Scheme out of 517 new routes so that it’s really a smart city in coming years.
He hoped next five years of unprecedented growth will be in Ludhiana- Punjab too as new national highways, airport, railway station are coming up in Ludhiana.
