Shops in Sarabha Nagar market at Ludhiana are seen decorated on Wednesday, in view of Valentine's Day on Thursday.
Ludhiana, February 13, 2013: City residents, specially the youths seem, to be crazy for Valentine's Day (February 14).
During a round of the city on Wednesday, City Air News Correspondent observed that that a large number of stationary, bakery, restaurants and other shops were decorated beautifully. Entrances at these places were seen beautifully decorated.
People were visiting the shops for buying gifts for their “special ones’.
Enquiries reveal that a shop that deals in bakery items has received around 150 orders for cakes for tomorrow. This is a special kind of pink cake with white chocolate. The cost of one piece of a cake is Rs. 1,200 plus VAT.
Interestingly, majority of people are buying cakes in the shape of a “heart”.
The shops tattoo artists are also seen flooded with the youths. The youths are getting tattoos prepared on various parts of their bodies by tattoo artists.
