Lyallpur Khalsa College initiates Voters' Awareness Drive

Jalandhar, November 4, 2023: Under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh, NSS Units and NCC Army Wing of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar, initiated a Voter Awareness Campaign.
Principal Dr. Singh, on this occasion said that volunteers and cadets of the college should play an active role in the upcoming elections of municipal corporations, municipal councils and Nagar Panchayats by motivating the adults above 18 years of age to cast their votes. He added that youth has the ability to inspire masses and NSS volunteers and NCC Cadets of Lyallpur Khalsa College will do their best in this regard.
During this event, District Nodal Officer SVEEP, Surjit Lal recited the pledge to cast votes without fear and discrimination. Certificates were given to the NSS volunteers and NCC Cadets who participated in Voters' Awareness Walkathon organized by District Administration Jalandhar at Guru Gobind Singh Stadium Jalandhar.
During this event, Prof. Surinder Pal Mand, SVEEP Nodal Officer LKC, Prof. Karanbir Singh ANO NCC, Prof. Satpal Singh NSS Program Officer and Prof.
Surbjit Singh, NSS PO were also present.
