Lyallpur Khalsa College NCC Cadet Manish Kumar Represents the Region in Republic Day Parade 2025

Manish will be representing the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh Directorate's cultural team, showcasing the vibrant and energetic traditional dance form of Bhangra during the celebrations.
Ludhiana, January 20, 2025: Dr. Jaspal Singh, Principal, Lyallpur Khalsa College said that one of our distinguished NCC cadet, Under Officer Manish Kumar, has been selected to participate in the prestigious Republic Day Parade 2025 in New Delhi. Manish will be representing the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh Directorate's cultural team, showcasing the vibrant and energetic traditional dance form of Bhangra during the celebrations.
Dr. Singh expressed his gratitude to Colonel Vinod Joshi, Commanding Officer 2 PB NCC Battalion, Jalandharfor supporting and mentoring college students in NCC activities. Earlier cadets Anthony, Kanwaljit Singh, and Abisheik Kumar represented the college at the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi in 2022, 2023, and 2024 respectively.
He further said that this remarkable achievement highlights Manish's dedication, talent, and hard work, not only as a committed NCC cadet but also as a custodian of Punjab's rich cultural heritage.
