Principal Prof. Jasreen Kaur congratulated the participants and winners of district, state and national level events. She said that students need to have exposure at state and national level events to map them with other district and state students and NSS unit LKC is doing it with panache. She motivated volunteers to serve the humanity in true spirit and do regular efforts for self development. NSS Program Officer Prof Satpal Singh informed that February month has been special for LKC this year. Volunteer Balpreet Kaur and Ekta Pandey won District Youth Parliaments from Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar. Moreover, Balpreet won 2nd position at State Youth Parliament and is invited for National Youth Parliament organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India to represent Punjab at New Delhi. Volunteer Puneet attended National Integration Camp at Punjabi University Patiala organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India. Volunteer Mohan Thakur attended National Youth Camp at Rajkot, Gujrat. Volunteer Sahil, Hardeep Kaur and Amit won first positions in Collage, Slogan Writing and Declamation in Two Day Youth Program organized by Youth Services, Jalandhar. PO Prof Satpal Singh and volunteers thanked President, Governing Council, LKC and worthy Principal for allowing volunteers to participate in such capacity building camps and events.
