Recently, NSS Program Officer Prof Satpal Singh won the Award of Honor for Best Teacher in the Environment Championship 2024 organized by National Edu Trust of India under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
Principal Dr Jaspal Singh felicitated the winner and said that LKC supports its staff to reach higher milestones in their pursuit of career advancement. He added that consistent hard work always bears fruits. He informed that this award has been given for motivating students to embrace environmental consciousness and instilling a sense of responsibility towards sustainability.
Prof Satpal Singh thanked the College Governing Council, Principal and NSS RD Chandigarh for providing such an opportunity. He dedicated this award to NSS volunteers who worked with him in collective environmental endeavours.
