Major reshuffle: 11 IPS transferred in UP
The state government has moved 11 IPS personnel, including the DIG of Moradabad. Shalabh Mathur has been assigned the position of DIG Aligarh. Police Superintendents in numerous districts, including Ayodhya, have also been replaced. According to sources, Rajkaran Nayyar, a 2012 batch IPS officer, has been transferred to Ayodhya as Senior Superintendent of Police, while S Anand has been transferred to Ballia as Superintendent of Police.

Lucknow, June 24 (HS): The state government has moved 11 IPS personnel, including the DIG of Moradabad. Shalabh Mathur has been assigned the position of DIG Aligarh. The following is the Transfer List: Shalabh Mathur's IPS-RR-2006 number Deputy Inspector General of Police, Moradabad Range, Moradabad, has been moved as Deputy Inspector General of Police to Aligarh Circle, Aligarh. Bharti Singh, 2007 IPS-SPS Additional Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Ghaziabad has replaced Additional Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Gautam Budh Nagar.
Anand Rao Kulkarni, IPS-RR-2008, has been promoted to Additional Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Gautam Budh Nagar from Deputy Inspector General of Police, Aligarh Circle, Aligarh. Muniraj G, IPS-RR-2009, has been promoted to Deputy Inspector General of Police, Moradabad Zone, Moradabad from Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ayodhya. Rajkaran Nayyar, IPS-RR-2012, has been promoted to Senior Superintendent of Police in Ayodhya from SP Ballia. Ashish Srivastava, IPS-RR-2013, has been promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Lucknow from Superintendent of Police, in waiting, Headquarters, Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow. Ravi Kumar, IPS-RR-2015, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Ghaziabad, has been assigned to the Police Commissionerate, Agra.
Ashok Kumar Meena, IPS-RR-2015, SP, Fatehgarh, has been sent to Shahjahanpur as SP.
Shubham Patel, IPS RR-2016, Superintendent of Police, in waiting, HQ Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad. Vikas Kumar, IPS-RR-2017, has been promoted to Superintendent of Police from Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Agra. S Anand, IPS-SPS-2010, has been moved from Shahjahanpur to Ballia.
