Manoj Gaur is CREDAI National’s Vice President for North

New Delhi: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has announced Manoj Gaur, CMD Gaurs Group as CREDAI National’s Vice-President, North India for the term of 2021-23.
The new office-bearers and chairman of various committees for the FY 2021-23 include Satish Magar, Chairman; Harsh Patodia, President ; Boman Irani, President elect; Pankaj Goel, Secretary and Deepak Goradia, Treasurer, CREDAI National.
Manoj Gaur previously has held various positions with CREDAI and has been one of the most prolific and active members in the body. Being a stalwart in realty sector he has been a pioneer in setting up waste treatment plants and has developed and delivered more than 65,000 property units since inception and is currently developing another 20,000 units. Under his leadership the group was recently in news for being awarded 4 tenders by state run NBCC to complete over 11,000 stuck units of Amrapali.
Manoj Gaur shared, “At CREDAI, since its inception, we have been actively working towards the augmentation of Indian realty sector. Under able leaderships we have been able to create trust amongst not just developers but also buyers for the largest body of Indian realty sector.”
He added, “Moving forward, the entire team would be driving efforts to revive the realty sector and create a better business environment. Our main focus areas would be skill development, green buildings and labour welfare”.
