Jalandhar, March 22, 2014: Come March 28, the Punjabi Cinema would be revived with a fresh storyline as well as a complete package of star cast. A rom-com ‘Marriage Da Garriage’ is the debut for singer turned actor Navraj Hans, elder son of well-known voice Hans Raj Hans, followed by lead heroine Keeya Khanna, the Bollywood fame. The film is a complete package of Pollywood as well as B-town star cast namely B N Sharma, Jaswinder Bhalla, Amritpal (Chottu), Upasana Singh, Shakti Kapoor, Razaak Khan, Deepak Raja and Razia Sukhbir.

Produced under the banner of 30TY Group Productions, the film has been shot in the cities namely Jalandhar, Chandigarh. Addressing the media persons at Press club today, director Jaswinder Singh said, “This is a complete rom-com movie which will surely tickle the funny bone of viewers. Besides comedy, the movie also stars the renowned faces of both Punjabi as well as Bollywood industry. The story revolves around two imprisoned friends Chaabi (Jaswinder Bhalla) & Panna (B N Sharma) who are finally released from jail and starts new business named as ‘Marrige da Garriage’. How these two friends help Raj (Navraj Hans) in tying his knot with Simran (Keeya Khanna) is what movie is to be watched for.”

Sharing about his debut flick singer turned actor Navraj Hans said, “I have signed the movie because of its unique and hilarious concept and the star cast in the movie is well known from the Punjabi film industry. It is a full family comedy and will entertain the audience. Also, I have sung two songs in the movie.”

 “Besides rom-com, this is also an ‘edu-com’ film. This will be the first genre in Punjabi film industry” added Gaurav Bhalla, screenplay and dialogue writer.

The music of the film is given by Gurmeet Singh. The story is written by Sardool Rathod, Farroq.
