The movie Mary Kom being screened for the students of High and Senior Secondary Schools of the Ferozepur district. @ www.cityairnews.com
Ferozepur, October 20, 2014: The District Administration sought help from M C Mary Kom who became the first Indian woman boxer to clinch a gold medal at the Asian Games, to encourage the youth belonging to this area to participate in sports activities by showing her biopic to the students. Today the movie Mary Kom was screened for the students of High and Senior Secondary Schools of the District under the guidance from Deputy Commissioner DPS Kharbanda and Jasbir Singh, DEO.
On this occasion, Harkiran Kaur, Dr.Satinder Singh, National Awardee, Lecturer, Darshan Lal Sharma, Rajiv Monga, ICT Coordinator, Harmel Singh, Kanwaljit Singh Sanjiv Kumar, Mohinderpal Singh and Vijay Kumar were present.
