MasterChef Australia Judge George Calombaris finds his Sous-Chef in Godrej’s Cuisine Regale

Bengaluru, Cuisine Regale, a premium lifestyle modular kitchen gallery brand, treated Bangalore foodies to an exciting masterclass conducted by Masterchef Australia judge, George Colambaris! Food aficionados in the city lived up their dream as they learnt George’s kitchen tips and tricks from the man himself. The Masterclass was held on the 4th of June at the international food carnival, ‘World on a Plate’.
Tossing up some yummy delights for his guests, George also shared his experience at Cuisine Regale’s kitchen. He said,“I am very excited to be back in India be a part of World On A Plate. I love the food here and can’t wait to explore new flavors and cuisine. The popularity of diverse cuisines and willingness to experiment is immense amongst the current generation. It is due to brands like Cuisine Régale that foodies can continue to experiment and enjoy the experience of cooking."

The Masterclass series were part of an impressive line-up of events and activitiesthat catered to the varied taste of visitors at the
food carnival. The celebrations began with celebrity chefs George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan, and Matt Preston conducting Masterclasses and setting up pop-up restaurants much to the delight of the audience.
‘World on a plate’ brought together the best restaurants and food places of India under one roof. The festival was a delight for foodies to experiment and experience great food, along withlively music and entertainment.
