Maxi Vision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals to conduct free eye check-ups to all women

Hyderabad:   Hyderabad-based Maxi Vision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals will conduct free eye checkups to all women on Saturday 7 & Sunday 8th march on account of international women’s day. International women’s day is observed every year on 8th March. The theme for the year 2020 is “Each for equal”. The theme will focus on gender equality and the empowerment of women.MaxiVision the initiative is as part of its social responsibility to the society to extend its support to women’s day for the creation of mass awareness on “each for equal” theme.
Speaking on the occasion Mr.Sudheer, COO Maxi vision super specialty eye hospitals, said there are many eye problems that are reversible and irreversible leading to vision loss and women are more likely to develop eye diseases related to aging, such as age-related macular degeneration, dry eyes, etc. They are susceptible to have untreated refractive errors, including near-sightedness (or myopia), far-sightedness (or hyperopia), and astigmatism. Free eye check-ups will help identify the problem to rectify it in early stage, he said. Free eye checkups are done on Saturday 7 & Sunday 8th march – in all the branches of Maxi Vision i.e Somajiguda, Begum pet, Madhapur, AS Rao Nagar, Santosh Nagar, Kukatpally in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Bheemavaram, Warangal, Karim Nagar. All the women can utilize the services from 10.30 am till 2.30 pm.
