MBD Neopolis Mall hosts Heartwarming Children’s Day Celebration in collaboration with Smile NGO

Ludhiana, November 15, 2024: In a heartwarming celebration of Children’s Day, MBD Neopolis Mall, in partnership with Smile NGO, organized a special day of joy and entertainment for underprivileged children at The Chocolate Box, MBD Mall. The event included a delightful lunch and engaging games held in the mall’s atrium, creating unforgettable moments for the young guests.

Mission Smile’s President Sonia Chhabra and Vice President Manju Sethi expressed that this year’s Children’s Day celebration aimed to bring happiness to those who may have fewer opportunities to experience such moments of joy. “In keeping with our goal of spreading happiness, this time we celebrated Children's Day in a unique way with some children from slum areas in collaboration with MBD Neopolis Mall. These are children whose parents work as domestic helpers and strive to educate them. MBD Mall hosted games for the children, distributed gifts, and also arranged food and refreshments. All the kids had a wonderful time. The Mission Smile team also gifted school shoes to the children. All the members enjoyed the event thoroughly and made the day special for those children.”

Sonia Chhabra and Manju Sethi added, “We should celebrate small joys with such children so they, too, can experience the things they may have only dreamed of, like visiting a mall to play games and have fun.” They extended heartfelt thanks to all involved and invited everyone to join Mission Smile’s mission of spreading happiness.
