Meditation is a real Password of happiness

Ludhiana, December 7, 2018: Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishav Vidayla Ludhiana arranged a motivational talk by B.K Sister Shivani and spiritual experience sharing by Brother Suresh Oberoi at Indoor Stadium, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana on Friday, under the guidance of center in-charge BK Raj didi and BK Saras didi. Topic of morning programme was Password of Happiness and evening programme was Relationship Cure. In both sessions, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Pardeep Aggarwal, MLA Kuldeep Vaid, Chief judicial Magistrate (Legal Aid) Gurpreet Kaur, District and session Judge Mr.Gurbir Singh, Chief Commissioner Income Tax Mr.Vinay Kumar Jha, Mrs.Manju owner Trident honoured the distinguished guests.
Sister Shivani motivated the audience to add meditation in their daily life as it is not a difficult process rather it is so easy. Imbibe the virtues and take the blessings of people because these blessings are hidden treasure which we get in various forms of benefits. Accept the persons as they are and never try to change them.
In the evening class sister talked about the thought process we use in our various relationships. As is our consciousness so will be our thoughts and so will be our behaviour.
She then demonstrated, by providing relevant examples in daily life, how to manage constant over-analyzing and emotions such as stress, ego, and fear that appear as obstacles in our daily lives. Throughout the talk, she continued to engage the audience with more insightful questions and, in return, audience members enthusiastically gave their own answers as if they were having a one-on-one conversation with her.
The dialogue she created, empowered the audience to be aware and responsible of how their thoughts and actions directly affect their relationships with others. To close the event, Sister Shivani, along with Yogis, conducted a guided Meditation.

She glorified the role of BK raj didi who is center incharge of Ludhiana and has adopted life style of Rajyoga from last 50 years. She is giving positivity to residents of Ludhiana.

BK Shivani sister has completed an electronics engineering degree at Pune University in 1994 (as a "gold medalist"), and then served for two years as a lecturer in Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune. She has said that "Studying engineering has taught me to think logically. Education is always helpful.
She motivated the audience to keep their mind stable under all circumstances.
Brother Suresh Oberoi A multi-talented personality, has excelled in all genres of the media. He has a keen interest in exploring and experiencing spirituality in practical life. He told the audience how after coming in Brahmakumaris all his question marks were changed into full stop.
