A meeting of the Deans Student Welfare was held with Prof. Yogesh K. Rawal, Faculty Incharge (Campus Security), all Wardens, PU Hostels and Security Officer at 12.00 Noon on 24.8.2024 in the Office of the Dean Student Welfare, P.U. Chandigarh in connection with PUCSC Election 2024.

Chandigarh, August 24, 2024: A meeting of the Deans Student Welfare was held with Prof. Yogesh K. Rawal, Faculty Incharge (Campus Security), all Wardens, PU Hostels and Security Officer at 12.00 Noon on 24.8.2024 in the Office of the Dean Student Welfare, P.U. Chandigarh in connection with PUCSC Election 2024.
Wardens and Security Officers were requested to ensure that Wardens to remain in their respective hostels from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. with one of their official to monitor the hostels. Check the hostels as per their committee already constituted; Code of Conduct be not violated; Printing material be not allowed including stickers on shirts/vehicles etc; Fine will be imposed for using printed stickers/pamphlets and defacing the University/Government property. Action will be taken as per defacement act implemented in Union Territory, Chandigarh; Photostat of handwritten material be not allowed; and Stay of visitors in the hostels during the elections is banned.
