MEETING: UCPMA Constitution Sub-Committee holds meeting

Ludhiana, December 24, 2012: As per the discussions and decision held in the managing committee meeting of United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA), Ludhiana held on December 18, a meeting of the constitution subcommittee was held today under the presidentship of Kamlinder Singla, Convener, Constitution Sub-Committee regarding the amendments in the constitution of the association for the better functioning of the affairs of the association. 

According to a release issued here today by the UCPMA, mainly discussions were held regarding terms of the office bearers, powers of the managing committee and enrolment of new members of the association.

Gurmeet Singh Kular (President), Pardeep Wadhawan (Secretary), Inderjit Singh Navyug (Senior Vice President), K. K. Seth, Jaswinder Singh Birdi and Jagdish Singh Kular gave valuable suggestions. Written Suggestion in this respect were received from G.S. Mankoo & Co. which were also discussed. In the meeting Kamlinder Singla, Convener, was requested to prepare proposals and suggestions to be discussed in the next meeting for giving a final shape of recommendation to be put up in the next managing committee meeting of Constitution Sub-Committee.
