MGSIPA organises in-service training programme

Ludhiana, November 7, 2019: For the senior medical officers and medical officers of district Ludhiana, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration (MGSIPA) Punjab organised an in-service training programme regarding disability cases at Civil Surgeon, Ludhiana office, here today. This programme was attended by Senior Medical Officers and Medical Officers of district Ludhiana.
Mr Amarjit Singh Sodhi, Project Coordinator, MGSIPA Regional Centre Patiala, spoke in detail about the aim and schedule of organising this programme for all stake holders.
Civil Surgeon Dr Rajesh Kumar Bagga spoke in detail about acts and laws safeguarding the rights of differently abled persons. Dr Pritpal Singh Sidhu, District Rehabilitation Officer-cum-Secretary Red Cross Society Patiala, Mr Satish Kumar, District Programme Officer (Retd), Dr Kiran Kumari, Assistant Professor, Social Studies Department, Punjabi University Patiala, Dr Vandana Sharma, Professor, Psychology Department, Punjabi University Patiala, also addressed the officers.
