Mission Fateh: DC Ludhiana reviews working of DBEE
Directs officials to provide maximum employment to youth
Ludhiana: Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Sharma today reviewed the working of District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE) Ludhiana by holding a meeting at the DBEE office near Partap Chowk, here. He was also accompanied by DBEE CEO-cum-ADC (Development) Mrs Amrit Singh, ADC Jagraon Mrs Neeru Katyal Gupta, besides several others.
In the meeting, Mr Sharma stated that the Ghar Ghar Rozgar and Karobar Mission is the flagship Program of Government of Punjab. He said that due to COVID pandemic, the District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE) Ludhiana has turned around its working towards Digital Era.
He urged the DBEE officials that under the Mission Fateh of the Punjab government, they should work hard to provide employment to a maximum number of unemployed youth of the district. He said that Ludhiana being an industrial city has huge employment potential. He said that to help the industrialists in post lockdown time, the DBEE officials should also work in providing skilled labour to the industry.

She informed that the DBEE has also started a mobile Helpline for those who want Job Assistance, Career Counselling, Self Employment, Manual Registration and Queries.
