Ludhiana, February 6, 2025: For developing sports culture among children, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated first of its kind project to establish a sports park in ward number 94 in Ludhiana North constituency on Thursday.
The project is being taken up at a cost of around Rs 72 lakh and infrastructure would be developed for different games like cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball etc.
Councillor Aman Bagga and youngsters/children of the area were also present during the inauguration ceremony held on Thursday.
MLA Madan Lal Bagga and Councillor Aman Bagga said that a unique initiative has been taken up for developing sports parks in different areas of North constituency and first such park would be established in ward number 94. This aims to develop sports culture among the residents, especially children, which would also keep them healthy. More such parks would be established in Ludhiana North constituency in the coming time.
Earlier MLA Bagga had also inaugurated sports courts, which were established by transforming the vacant spaces under Lakkar Bridge.
