MLA Bagga launch project to construct road on the other side of Buddha nullah from Sundar Nagar puli to Bajwa Nagar puli

Acheiving another milestone in terms of development works, Ludhiana North Madan Lal Bagga launched the project to construct road on the other side of Buddha nullah from Sundar Nagar puli till Bajwa Nagar puli on Saturday.

Ludhiana, October 19, 2024: Acheiving another milestone in terms of development works, Ludhiana North Madan Lal Bagga launched the project to construct road on the other side of Buddha nullah from Sundar Nagar puli till Bajwa Nagar puli on Saturday.

This is the second major project launched within week to construct two major stretches of road alongside nullah by MLA Bagga. Earlier this week, MLA Bagga and MC Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal kick started project to construct road from Haibowal main puli till Chand cinema puli alongside buddha nullah at a cost of around Rs 5.83 crore.

MLA Bagga said that these projects have been launched for facilitating the residents at large as these projects will help in streamlining the movement of traffic. Also these will trigger development in the areas falling under the vicinity of the nullah. 

The road from Sundar Nagar puli to Bajwa Nagar puli would be constructed at a cost of around Rs 60 lakh and the concerned officials have been directed to complete the project at the earliest.

MLA Bagga said that the residents have been demanding construction of road on the other side of buddha nullah for a long time, but no one paid heed to these projects during the tenure of previous governments. MLA Bagga further said that these projects to construct road alongside buddha nullah were a major challenge, but they were committed and the projects have now been launched for the betterment of these areas and its residents. 

MLA Bagga said that AAP led state government is committed for overall development of the state and more projects worth crores would be commenced in the coming time for facilitating the residents at large.
