MLA Bagga, MC Chief direct officials to speed up development works, ensure cleanliness
Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga and Municipal Corporation (MC) Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal conducted a meeting with the officials of different branches of the civic body and directed them to speed up development works and ensure cleanliness across the city.

Ludhiana, March 16, 2025: Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga and Municipal Corporation (MC) Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal conducted a meeting with the officials of different branches of the civic body and directed them to speed up development works and ensure cleanliness across the city.
MLA Bagga and MC Commissioner Dachalwal said that they would also be moving to the field for taking stock of the situation in the coming days and no laxity would be tolerated in terms of the quality of development works.
Further, the officials were directed to ensure cleanliness across the city. The attendance of the sweepers should also be checked on a daily basis.
Joint Commissioner Ankur Mahindroo, Chief Engineer Ravinder Garg, Superintending Engineer Rahul Gagneja, CSO Ashwani Sahota among other officials were present in the meeting.
MLA Bagga and MC Commissioner Dachalwal said that the zonal commissioners have also been directed to monitor the situation in their respective zones and the development works should be expedited.
MLA Bagga further stated that the focus of Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann led state government is on sustainable development. A large number of development works are being taken up in the city to facilitate the public at large and ensure cleanliness.
