MLA Gogi inaugurates Senior Citizen Home in BRS Nagar
Reiterating the commitment of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government to provide quality infrastructure to residents, Ludhiana West MLA Gurpeet Bassi Gogi inaugurated a senior citizens home in Block-D of Bhai Randhir Singh (BRS) Nagar on Thursday.

Ludhiana, June 22, 2023: Reiterating the commitment of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government to provide quality infrastructure to residents, Ludhiana West MLA Gurpeet Bassi Gogi inaugurated a senior citizens home in Block-D of Bhai Randhir Singh (BRS) Nagar on Thursday.
MLA Gogi stated that spread in around 700 sq yards, the senior citizens home has been established at a cost of Rs 49 lakh by Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT).
It is a state of art facility for senior citizens with hall, kitchen, rest room, lush green lawns among other facilities.
The legislator further stated that it was a long pending demand of the senior citizens in the area and the facility has now been dedicated to them.
Members of Senior Citizen Welfare Association including President Neelam, Ex-President SP Karkara among others appreciated MLA Gogi for fulfilling the long pending demand of senior citizens.
MLA Gogi stated that medical camps would also be organised in the senior citizen home in the coming time and efforts would be made to facilitate the senior citizens in every manner.
Former councillor Amrit Varsha Rampal, AAP leaders BK Rampal, Gurpreet Singh Bedi among others were also present on the occasion.
