MLA Prashar inaugurates projects to establish two public libraries in Ludhiana Central constituency
For facilitating the students and promoting the habit of reading among residents, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated projects to establish two public libraries in Ludhiana Central constituency on Monday.
Ludhiana, November 18, 2024: For facilitating the students and promoting the habit of reading among residents, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated projects to establish two public libraries in Ludhiana Central constituency on Monday.
These libraries would be established in Ghoda Colony (new ward number 30 and old ward number 20) and near MC Zone B office ( (old ward number 57, new ward number 81). These libraries would be established at a cost of around Rs 26.50 lakh.
MLA Prashar said that projects worth around Rs 3.25 crore have been inaugurated in Ludhiana central constituency in the last three days. As Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is committed for overall development of the state, no stone is being left unturned for developing quality infrastructure in Ludhiana Central constituency.
MLA Prashar said that establishing a library in Ghoda colony is a step towards promoting reading culture among the residents, especially the children and attaching them with the mainstream. He further said that the projects have been commenced only after getting feedback from the residents and lauded the residents for their continuous support.
MLA Prashar said that more development projects would be inaugurated in Ludhiana central constituency in the coming days.
