MLA Prashar inaugurates projects worth over Rs 1.59 crore in Sundar Nagar, Ghati Valmiki, Ghati Jeeva Ram, Hargobind Nagar and Islam Ganj

Ludhiana, November 9, 2024: Moving forward with the goal to develop quality infrastructure, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated development projects worth over Rs 1.59 crore on Saturday.
These projects include the project to reconstruct central verge from Main Sundar Nagar road to 70 feet road (ward no. 8 and 10) at a cost of around Rs 33.73 lakh; project to reconstruct streets in Ghati Valmiki, Ghati Jeeva Ram and Vakilan Mohalla (new ward no. 83 and old ward no. 61) at a cost of around Rs 52.09 lakh; project for laying water-sewer lines in Ghati Jeeva Ram (new ward no. 83 and old ward no. 61) at a cost of Rs 49.15 lakh; inaugurating newly installed 25hp tubewell in street number 11 of Hargobind Nagar (New ward no. 80 and old ward no. 55) at a cost of Rs 12.22 lakh and the project to install 25hp tubewell in Islam Ganj (new ward no. 75 and old ward no. 52) at a cost of around 12.34 lakh.
MLA Prashar said that the residents have been demanding these development projects for a long time, but no one paid heed to these issues in the past. After Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) came to power in the state, he had taken up these issues with the authorities and project worth crores are now being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency.
MLA Prashar said that quality infrastructure is being developed across Ludhiana Central constituency and more development projects would be inaugurated in the coming days. He appreciated the residents for their continuous support.
