MLA Prashar inaugurates road reconstruction projects worth Rs 2.33 crore; directs officials to complete projects within stipulated time period

Ludhiana, September 27, 2023: With an aim to improve road infrastructure, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar pappi inaugurated three road reconstruction projects worth Rs 2.33 crore on Wednesday.
These road reconstruction works include the project to reconstruct the road leading to Sundar Nagar area from Basti Jodhewal. The project is being taken up at a cost of Rs 72.80 lakhs.
Similarly, the legislator inaugurated the project to reconstruct Circular road at a cost of Rs 99.62 lakhs. Also the project has been kick started to install interlocking tiles in the street of Mohar Singh Nagar at a cost of Rs 60.23 lakhs.
MLA Prashar stated that a large number of development projects are being taken up in Ludhiana central constituency and no stones are being left unturned to improve the infrastructure in the constituency. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is working to improve infrastructure across the state.
The legislator further stated that he has been conducting inspections to check the pace of the works. Also directions have been issued to the civic body officials that there should be no compromise with the quality of works.
MLA Prashar said that he has also been taking feedback from the public to know about the problems being faced at ground level. The suggestions of the public are also being incorporated while taking up development works in the constituency.
