MLA Sidhu launches 'Feedback Auto-rickshaw' for getting feedback from residents and for complaint redressal in Atam Nagar constituency 

In a bid to get feedback from the residents and for redressal of complaints at the earliest, Atam Nagar MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu launched 'Feedback Auto-rickshaw' in his constituency.

Ludhiana, July 30, 2024: In a bid to get feedback from the residents and for redressal of complaints at the earliest, Atam Nagar MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu launched 'Feedback Auto-rickshaw' in his constituency.

While launching the 'feedback auto-rickshaw' outside his office near Gill road canal bridge, MLA Sidhu stated that the initiative has been taken to ensure that the voices of the people are heard and the problems being faced by residents, should be resolved at the earliest.

MLA Sidhu stated that the dedicated auto-rickshaw will travel across the constituency and provide a convenient way for residents to share their concerns and suggestions.

The auto-rickshaw is equipped with two locked boxes in which the residents can anonymously submit their suggestions/complaints or feedback.

MLA Sidhu said that only he has the keys to the boxes and only he will read the feedback/complaints submitted by the residents. The residents can submit complaints/suggestions regarding any of the issues including any problem being faced in their area, corruption etc. 

MLA Sidhu stated that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is working for the betterment of the residents across the state. He said that the initiative has been taken for facilitating the residents at large and for resolving the issues being faced at the ground level at the earliest. The residents of Atam Nagar constituency are my family and we should all work together for the betterment of the society.

Apanjeet Singh MD, Pawan Chaudhary COO, NP Gupta CEO, Mohit Ratna Vice President Hero Motor among others were also present during the launching ceremony.
