Ludhiana, April 25, 2025: Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora, along with his wife Sandhya Arora, visited Shree Dandi Swami Gaulok Dham on Hambran Road, Ludhiana, to seek blessings from Anant Vibhushit Shree Majjgadguru Shankracharya Devadityanand Ji Maharaj on Friday.
During their visit, the couple took a tour of the entire premises. Speaking about the experience, Arora said, “It was a deeply spiritual experience to receive blessings from Shree Majjgadguru Shankracharya Devadityanand Ji Maharaj. Visiting Shree Dandi Swami Gaulok Dham with my wife allowed us to connect with our roots and reflect on the values of peace and devotion.”
He further added, “Gau Sewa is not just a tradition but a sacred duty that embodies the values of compassion, gratitude, and sustainability deeply ingrained in our culture. Serving the cow—revered as a symbol of motherhood and selfless giving—reminds us to lead lives of humility and service. I believe that by promoting and supporting cow sewa, especially among the younger generations, we can strengthen our spiritual heritage and encourage a more harmonious way of living with nature.”
On the occasion, a few civic issues were also brought to Arora’s attention by Parmod Dada, Jatinder Gujrati, Avinash Gupta, Romesh Garg, and Arun Sethi. Arora assured them that he would work towards resolving these concerns at the earliest. Regarding demand of a piece of land for extension of gaushala, Arora said he will look into it.
On Arora’s visit, Shree Majjgadguru Shankracharya Devadityanand Ji Maharaj said, “This was a normal meeting. I was sitting in the ashram when Arora Sahab came to seek blessings. I have blessed him. He is contesting elections from here. Currently, he is an MP, but now he is contesting for the post of MLA from Ludhiana (West). Victory and defeat lie in the womb of the future. Only God knows what lies ahead, but I wish him all the best.”
