MP lays foundation stones of three major link road projects worth Rs 93 lakh
Reiterates his firm commitment to ensure unprecedented development of Nawanshahr
Nawanshahr, December 26, 2021: Anandpur Sahib Member of Parliament (MP) Manish Tewari on Sunday laid the foundation stones of three major link road projects to be constructed at a cost of Rs 93 lakh in various parts of district.
MP Sh. Tewari said that these projects including Sri Hargobind Marg (From Gonsla village to Sotran village link road), link road adjoining canal Happowal village to Bahrowal village) and Puniya village to Bharomajara village link road would immensely benefit the people of the Nawanshahr.
He said that the Punjab Mandi Board would be the executive agency which would carry out the work here so that quality cannot be compromised at any cost.
He told the officials to strictly adhere to timelines of the completing these road projects.
He said that these projects are underway for all-around development of district and he would leave no stone unturned to benefit the people of the district.
Reiterating his firm commitment to ensure holistic development of Nawanshahr, MP said that every promise made to people would be fulfilled by the Punjab Government.
