During the public interaction, Arora reiterated his commitment to ensuring that citizens do not have to run from office to office for basic issues. “I met with people from various parts of the constituency today during the 'Janta Darshan' and listened to their concerns. I take immediate action for redressal of the public grievances on-the-spot,” said Arora.
He emphasised that his constant endeavour is to address issues at the grassroots level. “My aim has always been that no citizen should be forced to make repeated visits to government offices. If someone comes with a problem, it should be resolved promptly and efficiently,” he added.
The event witnessed a significant turnout, reflecting growing public confidence and support for Arora. Many attendees expressed their appreciation for having direct access to their representative and for the prompt action taken on issues related to water supply, sanitation, electricity, and road infrastructure.
