MP Tewari inaugurates dialysis machine at Civil Hospital, Garhshankar
Tewari had given a grant of Rs 10 lakh for a dialysis machine from his MP Quota
Garhshankar: Member Lok Sabha and former Union Minister Manish Tewari from Sri Anandpur Sahib inaugurated a dialysis machine set up at a local civil hospital with the objective of providing better healthcare facilities to the people. Tewari had given a grant of Rs 10 lakh for a dialysis machine from his MP Quota.
Talking to reporters here, MP Tewari said that providing quality health care to the people was the need of the hour and he is making continuous efforts to achieve this objective.
He said that this dialysis machine would be of great benefit to the patients coming to the hospital and they would not have to go to private hospitals for dialysis at exorbitant rates. On this occasion he also met the officials of the health department and enquired about other needs of the hospital. Meanwhile, he said that the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh is continuously improving the health facilities and oxygen plants are being set up in the hospitals in view of the Corona epidemic.
On this occasion, among others, Love Kumar Goldy Ex MLA, Pawan Sewan Chairman Punjab Large Industrial Development Board, Arvind Kumar SDM, Charnjit Pal SMO Gharshanker, R.S Pathania, Trimbhak Datt President MC Gharshanker, Sharita Sharma, Ajaib Singh Boparai, Dr Jaswant Singh , Sarpanch Jatinder Jyoti , Sarpanch Rajinder Singh , Pankaj Kirpal, Sumit soni MC, Deepak Kumar MC, Sanjiv Kanwar were also present.
