Ludhiana, September 27, 2012: CK Mishra, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) was felicitated by Offset Printers Association (OPA) president Parveen Aggarwal, general secretary Kamal Chopra and other office bearers and members in his visit to the city late this evening.
In an interaction with City Air News, Mishra told that he had arrived here to meet the MSMEs to get their feedback about various schemes being run by the Ministry concerned. He said he also met various associations of the MSMEs.
Replying to a question, he told that the MSMEs apprised him about their problems.
He also replied to a question asked about reforms being brought by the Centre. He opined that there was a need that the MSMEs should adopt new technology and that the MSME industry should become more competitive.
