Ludhiana, July 27, 2019: MSME outreach program was organized by Oriental Bank of Commerce at Branch Office Khanna presided over by the worthy Field General Manager Charanjit Singh.
The program was attended by about 30-35 customers, including the new proposed customers.
During the programme, Charanjit Singh informed about various products of bank and requested the existing customers to bring new customers in fold of bank.
The GM field and DGM (Circle Head, Ludhiana) Mousumi Majumder assured the audience of best customer service. She also apprised about various MSME schemes of the bank along with PSB loan in 59 minutes initiative of government of India and various initiatives undertaken by bank about various IT products to improve the customer service.
The audience was also addressed by Bhushan Sharma (CH.MSME Cluster, Ludhiana East), Somesh Singh( AGM Circle Office, Ludhiana).
During the meeting sanction letters of 16 new cases amounting to Rs.128.45 lakhs were delivered and leads for fresh business amounting to Rs.815.00 lakhs were generated.
