Munish Singal joins as new Sessions Judge
He was accorded warm welcome with bouquets
Ludhiana: Munish Singal today joined as new District & Sessions Judge of Ludhiana Sessions Division. He has replaced Sessions Judge Gurbir Singh, who has been transferred to Chandigarh as Sessions Judge after completing tenure of around four years.
New Sessions Judge was accorded warm welcome with bouquets by Additional District & Sessions Judges(ADJ) Munish Arora, ADJ Lukhvinder Kaur Duggal, ADJ K K Jain, ADJ Ashish Abrol, Principal Judge Family Court Ajaib Singh , ADJ R K Sharma, ADJ Dr Rashmi Sharma, CJM Prabhjot Singh Kaleka, District Legal Services Authority Secretary-cum-CJM Preeti Sukhija on his arrival at District Courts.
Munish Singal was working as Sessions Judge Moga before joining here. Earlier he served as Additional Sessions Judge in the Ludhiana twice. He also worked as Member Secretary of State Legal Services Authority for a considerable period. He played active role in organizing Lok-adalats and Legal Literacy campaign across state.
Meanwhile, seven newly transferred Additional Sessions Judges (ADJ) Shatin Goyal, ADJ Ravdeep Singh Hundal, ADJ Bishan Saroop, ADJ Dr Ajit Atri, ADJ Raj Kumar Garg, ADJ Monika Goyal, ADJ Ms Manjinder, ADJ Vijay Kumar also took charge today.
A deputation of District Bar Association president Gurkirpal Singh Gill, Secretary Gagandeep Singh Saini, Vice president Parvinder Singh Pari also met the new Sessions Judge and assured full co-operation in administration of justice.
