Actors Abhishek Banerjee and Barkha Singh - the lead cast of the Voot Select show - The Great Weddings of Munnes were seen in Mumbai yesterday donning their on screen avatars of Munnes and Mahi respectively in search of a wife for one day for Munnes.
Abhishek and Barkha arrived dancing their hearts out to the beat of the dhol at Andheri Metro station dressed in wedding attire.
Abhishek arrived in style in a baraat on the ghodi with his Barkha joining in dancing away - a first for a bride joining a baraat. They entered the station and asked several onlookers if they would be keen or know someone who would want to marry Munnes for a day and help them overcome the kundali issue standing in the way of their union.
They even boarded the Metro and spoke to passengers on board asking them for their help. Some women even turned Abhishek down with complete confusion coupled with a sense of amusement.
