Nadda pumped up enthusiasm among party workers
JP Nadda, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, pumped up enthusiasm among the workers in a public meeting in Nagrota Bagwan during his Kangra District tour on Friday.
Dharamsala, April 22, 2022: JP Nadda, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, pumped up enthusiasm among the workers in a public meeting in Nagrota Bagwan during his Kangra District tour on Friday. He said that if the BJP government is brought back in the state, Himachal will continue to move in the path of progress, which it has tasted in Jai Ram Thakur’s present government because of the BJP’s double engine government.
Nadda said HP emerges as a frontrunner State of the country in matters of development due to double engine governments at Centre and State. Himachal found its much deserved growth only during the then prime minister Atal Bihari Bachpayee and Prime Minister Narender Modi. He said that projects such as IIM and AIIMS were sanctioned to the State during the tenure of the BJP. He said that Medical Colleges at Chamba, Sirmour, Hamirpur, Mandi were sanctioned to the State which were also possible due to the BJP Government at the Centre. He said that the Satellite Centre of PGI was coming up in Una and several Trauma Centres were coming up in the State. All these projects were possible due to the double engine Governments at the Centre and the State, he added.
He said that BJP has repeated its government in UP and it has done the same third time in a row in Goa in recent assembly elections, because people now want development and they have rejected the politics of family, religion and region. He said that this time BJP will repeat its government in Himachal too as the State Government headed by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has ensured that Himachal Pradesh emerges as a frontrunner State of the country in matter of development with its hard work, dedication and commitment to ensure welfare of the State and all this was possible due to the double engine governments at the Centre and State. This was stated by the MP and National BJP President Jagat Prakash Nadda while addressing the ‘Abhinandan Rally’ organized in his honour at Nagrota Bagwan in Kangra district today after landslide victory of BJP in four states of the country in the recently concluded Vidhan Sabha elections of these states.
He added, “The development works worth crores of rupees are going on in the entire Himachal. This is changing the state. Due to which the economy will increase and more employment will be created.”
Nadda said that the people of India have risen above Pariwarwad and now stand with PM Modi and development. The Center and Jai Ram Thakur have done public welfare by bringing many schemes for Himachal. This is the changing Himachal.
He said that vaccinations of measles, Japani Fever, Polio etc. took years after its invention to reach India, but with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, corona vaccine was prepared within nine months of the first case of Covid-19. He said that apart from providing over 185 crore free vaccines to the people of the country, vaccines were exported to several other countries of the world. He also appreciated the efforts of the State Government in becoming the first State in the country in administering first and second doses of corona vaccine.
He said that not only this the Centre Government also succeeded in bring back over 24000 students of the country stranded in Ukraine, out of which about 430 students were from Himachal Pradesh. He said that even students of Pakistan succeeded in getting out of Ukraine by hoisting the Indian Flag on their vehicles. This was the picture of changing India and was possible only due to the strong leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he added.
He said that Rs. 194 crore was being spent under the Dharamsala Smart City Project. He said that the BJP was a party with a difference and was always concerned about the welfare of the poor and the downtrodden.
While thanking the people of Kangra district for according him rousing welcome, Jagat Prakash Nadda said that Kangra district was not only ‘Veer Bhoomi’, but also a Dev Bhoomi, with several ‘Shakti Peeths’ in the district. He also paid rich tributes to the freedom fighters and gallant soldiers of the district who laid down their lives for the motherland. He also appreciated the efforts of the artisans who had made Kangra painting world famous.
BJP National President was accorded rousing welcome en-route from Gaggal Airport Dharamsala to the venue of the Rally at Nagrota Bagwan.
