National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Hosts 4th Annual Business Quiz at UIAMS, Chandigarh
The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), a prominent national body of HR, IR, L&D professionals, and academicians, successfully conducted the 4th Annual Business Quiz as part of its National Programme. Organized by the NIPM Punjab Chapter, which includes the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Chandigarh, the event took place at University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS) Chandigarh on August 23, 2024.

Chandigarh, August 23, 2024: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), a prominent national body of HR, IR, L&D professionals, and academicians, successfully conducted the 4th Annual Business Quiz as part of its National Programme. Organized by the NIPM Punjab Chapter, which includes the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Chandigarh, the event took place at University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS) Chandigarh on August 23, 2024.
This prestigious event featured 11 teams from UIAMS Chandigarh, UBS Ludhiana, and LM Thapar Derabassi, showcasing their business acumen and knowledge in a competitive environment.
Representing the NIPM Punjab Chapter at the event were S.P. Bansal, Ravinder Chadha, Renu R.P. Singh, A.K. Bakshi, and Ritu Nag. Prof. Monika Aggarwal, Director of UIAMS, extended a warm welcome to the guests and participating teams. The event was expertly coordinated by Dr. Amandeep Singh Marwaha, Training cum Placement Officer at UIAMS.
The quiz was conducted by esteemed quiz masters Dr. Manjushri Sharma, Dr. Anupreet Kaur Mavi, and Dr. Rachita Sambyal from UIAMS.
Winners of the 4th Annual Business Quiz:
• First Place: Manripjeet Kaur and Aru Sharma from UIAMS, Chandigarh.
• First Runner-Up: Parul Banyal and Amanjot Kaur. from UIAMS, Chandigarh
• Second Runner-Up: Liza Bansal and Geetansh Gulati from LM Thapar, Derabassi.
The winning teams were honored with cash rewards and mementos by NIPM, while all participants received certificates of participation in acknowledgment of their efforts and performance.
The top-winning team will advance to the Regional Level Competition, to be organized by the Northern Regional Council and the National Office. The victors of this round will then compete in the National Level Competition in Mangalore, scheduled for September 26, 2024, at 3 pm. NIPM will cover travel expenses and arrange accommodation for participants proceeding to the national level.
