New Delhi/Jalandhar, October 9, 2013: The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against the then Minister for Khadi & Rural Industries, Food & Civil Supplies and Dairy, Govt. of Rajasthan U/s 323 & 376 of IPC on the request of Rajasthan Government and further Notification from Government of India.
This case relates to the allegations levelled by the complainant (victim) against the accused of causing hurt and committing rape on ¬¬¬11.09.2013.
CBI has taken over the investigation of the case which was earlier registered by State Police vide FIR No. 292/2013 of Police Station - Sodala, Jaipur(Rajasthan).
