Chandigarh, November 17, 2023: University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University organised a one day National Seminar on "Marginalization in India: Socio-Economic Aspects and Constitutional Perspective” on Friday. 

The guests of honor for the inaugural session were Shri Inderpreet S. Dhanna Sr. Deputy Advocate General and Prof. Emanuel Nahar, Chairman Minorities Commission, Punjab. Deliberations on this pertinent issue of the seminar saw more than hundred delegates participating during the technical sessions. 

Prof. Rattan Singh, Prof. Shruti Bedi, Prof. Gulshan and Dr. Negi successfully coordinated the seminar. Prof. Sarabjit Director UILS welcomed the guests and the delegates.
