A meeting of Punjab Tax Bar Association (PTBA)being held at Ludhiana on Tuesday.
Ludhiana, December 31, 2013: Ashok Kumar Juneja and B.R. Kaushal, President and Secretary General, respectively, of Punjab Tax Bar Association (PTBA) stated today that National Tax Conference will be held first time in Punjab here on February 15 and 16 next to deliberate on existing and emerging issues concerning VAT, Income Tax and Service Laws.
K.L. Goyal Chairman (PTBA) and Sandeep Goel Advocate High Court, presidents, office bearers & executive members of all India Tax Practitioners Federation, Punjab Tax Bar Association, District Taxation Bar Association (Sales Tax) & Taxation Bar Association (TBA) decided to invite Justice J.S. Khehar, Judge of Supreme Court as Chief guest as well as chief justice & other judges of Punjab & Haryana High Court to be the guests of honour.
Varinder Sharma, President & Divesh Chopa Secretary DTBA (Sales Tax) said conference will be land mark as Taxation matters, the ideas, advises suggestions expressed by dignitaries will be guidelines for central, states government as well as for tax law makers & interpreters in the country.
According to PTBA`s Senior Vice President Raj Pal Gupta Senior, LalitTakyar General Secretary and TarlokBhalla, Joint Secretary told that various latest Judgments, notifications & circulars will be highlighted in the conference in which delegates from all states as well as N. Venkatraman & Bharatji Aggarwal leading SC Advocates on Taxation will express their views. Ravi Joshi, Vinay Kumar Sharma, Vikram Kapoor, Saurabh Beri, Ashok Wadhera, Sahityiki Kapoor, Rishi Khanna, Raj Kumar Magon, Saket Garg and other expressed their views in meeting.
