National Undergraduate Medical Conference at DMCH on May 7

Ludhiana, May 4, 2016: Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana will be hosting first ever ‘National Undergraduate Medical Conference’ on 7th May. The conference aims to provide a glimpse, upon the fascinating and dynamic world of medical research. Hence the theme of the conference is ''Curiosity Cures''.

During the conference, emphasis will be laid on providing opportunities to undergraduate students to showcase and sharpen their aptitude. It is a one day conference in association with Medical Student Association of India (MSA-I).

Highlights of Conference are as under:
? Guest lectures on "Pathway to a US residency" and "Go beyond positive thinking" by Dr. Mala Srinivasan (Director USMLE edge) and Dr. Ajay Shesh (Renowned pathologist and a Guinness World record holder) respectively.
? Workshops on Soft skills, Lets diagnose, Research methodologies, Basic life skills and Basic laproscopic skills to enhance their hands on experience.
? Other attractions like essay writing, photography and painting will also be there to bring out the creative talent from within.
The conference aims to provide a platform for students to hone their academic skills and broaden their horizon.On the spot registration shall be available on the day of conference and registrations for workshops shall be subjective to availability.
