Chandigarh, October 31, 2023: Various Teaching Departments of Panjab University, Chandigarh along with NSS, Non Teaching staff celebrated National Unity Day by taking Integrity Pledge.
The event was part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week-2023 to be celebrated in Panjab Universtiy, Chandigarh from 30th October to 5th November 2023 with the theme ‘Say No To Corruption; Commit to the Nation’ in compliance with the instructions issued by Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi.
Prof. Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh administered the pledge to the staff and NSS volunteers of PU in the office of Prof. Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh Chancellor along with NSS Coordinator Dr. Parveen Goyal. Prof. Y.P. Verma, Registrar, PU along with Prof. Rajinder Kaur, Chief Vigilance Officer, PU administered the oath to the non teaching in the Senate Hall.
Similar events were organized in various departments which includes CDOE(USOL), Education, HRDC, IQAC, Statistics.
