New Delhi: The Attorney General of India Mr K K Veenu Gopal and Solicitor General of India, Mr Tushar Mehta on 11th March, 2019 acknowledged the work on Ghana - Indian Comparative Legal Study initiated by Punjab - Ludhiana based Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu.
The Attorney General of India stated it to be a innovative Study written by an Indian Jurists on Constitution and Laws comparing two Nations. Solicitor General of India, Mr. Tushar Mehta appreciated the hard work of Mr Sandhu and wished him good luck for more such Comparative Legal Study works in future. He further remarked on the Coffee Table Book to be of immense interest as it provides an pictorial vision understanding of the Constitutional Legal functioning and commercial co-operation at his chambers in Supreme Court.
Mr Harpreet Sandhu was given official assignment by the Judicial Services of Ghana for comparing laws of Ghana and India.
