Navin’s bags Best HR practices Award at FICCI HR 2021

Chennai: Navin’s, Chennai’s most respected and trusted builder, was recently conferred with the most prestigious award at the first edition of FICCI HR 2021 Awards hosted by FICCI Tamil Nadu state council in partnership with IIM-Trichy held at Ramada Plaza, Guindy . Navin’s bagged the ‘”Best HR practices Award”, under the small and medium scale enterprises, for their standalone employee engagement practices and unique programs.
With focus driven on employee's health and fitness coupled with motivating new hires through various internal initiatives, Navin's have fostered a sense of belongingness and a strong connect.
