NCC Cadet Neha of PCM SD College for Women Wins Silver Medal in All India Painting Competition

Jalandhar, February 7, 2025: PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar, takes immense pride in announcing that our NCC cadet, Neha, has brought laurels to the institution by securing the Silver Medal in the All India Painting Contest on the theme “Save Environment, Live Healthy.” This prestigious competition was organized by Consumers India NGO, Delhi, in collaboration with SUM (Society for Upliftment of Masses), an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC).
Demonstrating her artistic talent and deep commitment to environmental conservation, the student participated in this nationwide event and submitted a compelling painting emphasizing the significance of preserving nature for a healthier future. Her achievement stands as a testament to her dedication, creativity, and awareness of global sustainability concerns.
The competition provides a platform for young minds to express their vision for a greener world through art. In recognition of her outstanding performance, NCC Incharge Captain Priya Mahajan was invited to present the certificate and medal to Neha, commending her for this remarkable accomplishment.
